Newbie Investor in Mississippi
Hello Bigger Pockets Family!!
My name is Bryant Griffith and I am a beginner real estate investor looking to make my mark in the real estate market of South Mississippi and SE Louisiana. I have been a long time reader of the forums and I finally created my own account and this is my first post. My partner and I have little money and tried wholesaling and assignments, but found it doesn't work very well here. Are there any other ways for newbie investors to break into the REI world?
