I would like to thank you all for the time you put into this community. It's awesome and extremely valuable. I've been reading posts for quite some time and I finally made the jump to the pro account. I'm ready to get involved with the forums.

I'm 24 years old. I'm a part time Realtor (licensed MN/WI), part time investor and full time production manager at a large food manufacturing plant.

My goal is to escape analysis paralysis and take action!
