Hello. I'm new to BP. Trying to start investing with Tax Sales here in the DMV area specifically Baltimore. I'm very knowledgable about the area. My husband is a GC so why not start creating a retirement nest with Rental Homes via Tax sales. My only question is how long is the process for becoming Section 8 approved? Thank you and I'm so excited to learn all about real estate investing.
