Hello BP - I'm excited to be here. I'm relatively new to real estate investing, although, I once bought a house at an auction 13 years ago. I'm currently learning wholesaling, rehabbing and flipping from a mentor, a local investor. I also got my real estate agent license and became a member of the Houston RICH club a few days ago. I look forward to being an integral part of this community.
