Hi All,

I am from Nairobi in Kenya and involved in Income Real Estate Investing consisting of single-family, multiple-family and retail (shopping malls).

My investing strategy is based on BRRRRR (hope I got all the R's) as it is the fastest way to increase the value of real estate just as in the US, I also do seminars on Real Estate investing.
