Hi, I'm Scott. 

I have worked, off and on, in the construction business in a few different trades throughout my life in order to gain knowledge about real estate. My goal all along has been to become a real estate investor. 

Now I'm finally ready, I bought my first home 9 months ago. I'm getting ready to renovate, I plan on finishing by the end of the year. I'm not on a fast track, I know. Currently I'm conduction business within my means. I do plan on ramping up my scale within the next two years. 

My goals are to have ten doors in two years through the brrrr method. 

I'm happy that I found this community. I am a member on the Facebook page as well.
