Hello,
I am an Investor living in Los Angeles tho capitalizing on deals back east specifically Indiana and North Carolina. I started my company 9 months ago and have since purchased 4 rental properties and a hand full of flips. I am looking to learn more about wholesaling and creative financing. I'd like to incorporate wholesaling to my business model. My current strategy is to buy and hold for the next 6 months, flipping out-of-state has become tiring.
