My first Brrrr investment.

Hi, 

I am a builder from Ann Arbor Michigan. Currently I am looking to invest in my first Brrrr property. It would be great to talk to some local investors, wholesalers, or property managers as I am struggling to find what I am looking for . My fiance just joined the local Howard Hanna office so I have a rookie agent with a team. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, you probably don’t remember me from high school but we have mutual friends. Meetup.com has a lot in Ann Arbor you could check out. Everything the first commenter mentioned is a good start, you’ll find a lot on this site for networking and check out Facebook groups too. I’m in Howell and there’s Jamie Grubers multi family and more meetup on the 14th that I’m going to.
