Pretty pumped to be making this post. I've been reading for about a week now and listening for a bit longer. I'm currently focusing in on wholesaling as I believe I have an unfair advantage going into it!
My background is with high-growth technology companies doing online and direct marketing. Google, Facebook, phone, mailers, etc. I've done them all and somewhat successfully. In less than 4 months my team signed up 40,000+ small businesses for our company. I love rapid iteration, learning and experimenting. It's all part of the business. I want to take that experience and apply it to the real estate investing world to help find rehabbers and other investors some really fantastic additions to their portfolios.
