Hello BP,
I live in Walnut Creek, CA, a beautiful Bay Area suburb 30 miles east of San Francisco. Like many people, my real estate journey began by reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad. From there I spent about a year learning, networking and developing a business plan. In March of last year my partner and I put that plan in motion and have since successfully navigated three deals; a rehab, wholesale and rental.
Our short-term goal is to continue rehabbing and selling properties to build capital for reinvestment. Our current focus is on establishing a steady pipeline of deals through networking and expanding our marketing efforts. Long-term we want to transition into rental property so we can enjoy the benefits of passive income.
Bigger Pockets seems like a great environment to learn and grow in this industry, I am excited to be a part of it and will do my best to contribute useful content. Thank you all in advance for your time and effort!
