Hi all,

I'm Taylor Zenter. I am 19 years old and am currently attending UCSB going into my second year. Real Estate has fascinated me for the past five years and really need to find a mentor to help guide me. I have read on so many different things from wholesaling and buy and hold strategies, but find myself running into trouble with actually getting started due to lack of experience and lack of income. If needed, I know i could get funds for a down payment by "hustling." I just need the guidance of experience! I look forward to talking to all you guys!
