Hello, we are new to the real estate investment arena.  We are fascinated by all the possibilities that have presented themselves. We have looked into Wholesaling properties, and we also want to start building our own portfolio of rental properties.  Any and all well intended advice is welcomed.  One of the programs that we have looked into is the Real Estate Wealth Network, so if anyone has any advice where this is concerned, please let us know, with this program we have to wholesale a property, but we are kind of lost there on how to manage that.  We have also read Rich Dad Poor Dad and some of the Rich Dad advisor books.  We cannot wait to learn.  Looking forward to getting to know you all.
