Newbie in the Indianapolis, IN area
Hello. My name is Rodney Kuhl. I recently purchased my first house to live in in Fishers, IN. I am originally from Minnesota and am new to the Indianapolis area. As we were going through the process of purchasing our new house, I began becoming interested in the investing side of real estate. I have no investing background in real estate as of now, but hope to learn as much as possible and get started quickly.
I currently work for an energy management company. I am looking to increase my net worth and create cashflow opportunities through investing.
I was introduced to BiggerPockets after attending a meeting with Meetup focused on wholesale real estate investing. It opened my eyes to the immense possibilities of real estate investing and the many opportunities that exist.
I look forward to working with those that are in the area and appreciate any feedback on how to get started in real estate investing.
