My name is Jake and I'm a 23 year old newbie originally from Boston, MA. I went to college in CT and recently moved down to Charleston, SC. Within the past couple months my life has taken a complete turn... and I'm SO excited about it. I was originally on the Criminal Justice career track, but I have recently decided to fully dive into real estate and change my financial future! I have been reading books, listening to podcasts, and consuming as much information as possible since I recently made this decision. Now, I am looking to find someone who can help me grow in my financial literacy journey, as well as aid them in any areas they could use some added value.
