Newbie (unsure on where to start)
Hi there! My name is Justin, my girlfriends name is Ilana. We live in the New York, We're in our mid 20's & want to start real estate investing! :) We're nervous & excited! If there's anyone near us doing the same thing, we'd love to buy you lunch in return for picking your brain a little! We're not sure if just flipping would be the right place to start, or doing rentals... We've been doing some research & trying to learn everything we can before we really jump into it. Any advice?
