Newbie to Real Estate!
How's it going BiggerPockets,
1. I'm based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and would like to begin my Real Estate journey here. (mostly to keep my wife happy)
2. My goal in joining this community is to build a network to help me start and build my Real Estate portfolio. I want to use that portfolio to get me out of my W2, spend more time with my family, and do the things that I want to do. I plan to do this through BRRRR investing and long-term buy and hold rentals to start, then expand my knowledge and further develop my strategy from there.
3. Fun Fact: I am leaving a 7-year career in the Marine Corps in October. I'm transitioning to another W2 but slightly more flexible.

I've got four rentals in DFW and have helped a ton of BP and other investors here as well (around 50 or so investors in the last 15 months). Great place for the long term!
