Good morning bigger pockets!!
The mornings here in Florida are beautiful! I am excited to start working as an investor. Before the market crash I bought, rehabbed and sold two whole properties. (Smile). I didn't know anything I have been reading on bigger pockets. This is a whole new world! I am looking forward to getting to know many of you and creating great relationships. I have many resources available to me as I am a licensed agent and have worked in loan modification for the bank and now in the foreclosure department for a loan servicing company. I was also the membership person for my local REIA in NC. At this point I have no fear -- where do I begin?

The BP beginner's guide is a good place to start. I've also really enjoyed listening to all of the podcasts. Lots of great info, experiences, and different perspectives there.
