Introduction

Hello BP world! I'm Jag, a recent college grad from the California Bay Area. I've been using BP for a few months now and decided to become more active in the community. I can't keep taking all of this great information without giving anything back!!!

A little bit about myself, I have a degree in Business Psychology. My interest is in positive psychology and emotional intelligence and the role these play in business settings. Stress management, empathy, optimism, courage, tolerance for ambiguity, humility, mindfulness. I think it will be interesting to see what role these play in the entrepreneurial world of RE investing.

So about my real estate background...**crickets**... Yes, that's right. I have NONE! But not to fear, I'm in the process of obtaining my California Salesperson License and have been using BP to build up my knowledge.

In terms of goals, I am particularly interested in building passive cash flow. I don't want to make the newbie mistake of commiting to small multifamily homes without having tried anything yet, but I have always been intrigued by apartment complexes. One day..one day indeed... **looks off into sunset**
