Newbie from Honolulu, Hawaii

Hey all,

My name is Matthew Boling, a new interested investor with no real estate experience. Despite the subject line I am not currently in Hawaii, but I will be come this January. I'm currently serving in the U.S Air Force and finishing up my tour in South Korea at the moment.

I stumbled upon this life changing website a few days ago and I have just been reading away. I've gone through the free guide, disecting the posts throughout the forums. Also I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad. Good read and educational.

I'm young and eager to learn the in's n out's of real estate investing. Starting now and building up to one day be stable enough to merge into full time investing. Thanks for having me on the site and I'll see you all around!
