Aloha BP Fam!

My names Kiana and I’m a new investor from Oahu, Hi. I’ve been following the BP forums for a little while now and just wanted to introduce myself in hopes to connect with other like minded investors! I hope to get into fix and flips and then move towards having rental properties here in Hawaii. I have no experience whatsoever so I’m just trying to learn as much as I can where ever I can.
