Hey Everyone. I am new to BiggerPockets and I am hooked. I have been looking for something like this for the past 4 years. I can't get enough of the podcast. Nice job putting this together. I am the DC metro area specifically Southern Maryland. My wife and I flipped to rent a property 8 months ago. We are attempting to buy and hold a second as of yesterday.
