hello all, Mick and Karen here from Hutto, Tx.
we own two rentals in Denver, Co. and want to get involved in investment properties in central Texas. Our goal is to strart with single family to flip or keep as rentals as well as duplexes.
we both currently work from home selling custom logoed apparel to Texas and Arkansas college bookstores, which allows us time to research and locate properties in Texas and Arkansas.
