Newbie in Phoenix looking for a mentor
I'm so hungry to get into the business of real estate investing, but I have very little knowledge or funds! If anyone is willing to mentor me, or even direct me to a book or something lol it would be greatly appreciated. I live in the Phoenix area and I really would like to get started with wholesaling. Every website or place I've been( rich dad inc, preston Ely, Peter Conti, etc) has requested thousands of dollars to help me get started. I appreciate you taking the time to read my post
