First time investor in Birmingham AL
Hello everybody!
I am in the process of buying my first investment property. Have been thinking about it for a while and finally got off my *** and did it. I have a great job that I enjoy and that pays well, however as many of you know it is hard to get wealthy from a job. While I am not looking to become rich per se, I am looking for financial freedom. I am trying to create some cash flow that does not need my constant attention. Seems that many of you here are doing just that. Looking forward to learning from this community and eventually contributing to it. I would love some feedback on the deal I am working right now, so I will post a question in the Deal Analysis forum.
