Hi everyone wanted to introduce myself on here my names Cruz. I'm a new real estate investor trying to expand my portfolio been learning alot just by reading on here. So far my experience on biggerpockets  has been pretty good so much new information I've been geeking out in here. Well a little bit about what I'm currently doing I have a couple properties out in the country that I'm holding on too and I have recently started wholesaling. Been at it for about a month but I've been learning and reading about it for couple months now. This week finally after some hard work got a couple properties under contract super excited about it. Cant wait to learn more on here and super excited to get more deals going

Happy for you! Exciting news that you got properties under contract.  I'm here in Houston too. I'm Nancy and recently joined BP too. The market has been nuts but there are those gems. I've been seeing some meet ups here and planning to attend some.  Hope we cross paths someday.
