I am Dr. Johannes Urpelainen.
I have recently joined this forum to accelerate my growth in multifamily, hospitality, and capital raising.I am Principal at Oasis Equities, a real estate company I recently launched. During the day, I am a professor at Johns Hopkins University.
My current portfolio consists of:
- 92-unit multifamily complex in Atlanta metro
- 44-unit build to rent community in Houston metro
- Growing portfolio of short term rentals in WV and NY
Currently I am focusing on finishing a capital raise in Florida for large multifamily complex.
I am particularly eager to acquire hospitality and other assets with very strong cash flow.
