Aloha from excited investors!
Over the Covid period my wife and I got our condo "rent ready" so we can rent it out after we move to a new state. Long story short we almost sold it during peak times but decided once again to keep it as our primary investment to finance other properties using equity. We are moving from Maui, Hawaii to Eugene, Oregon where our plan is to buy another investment property. If you're in these areas definitely looking to network and learn more. Aloooooha
