Hello and Help Me, I want to invest but have no cash.
I was wondering, what is the best way for me to start investing. I have very little income, but good credit and live in one of the most expensive markets in the country, San Diego, CA.
My best friend who has a better job and lives in a cheaper area is making a killing from the real estate investing books I gave him back in high school/college. I there anyway I can get into this game with very little income?
