Hi Everyone, I am new to BP and Real Estate investing. A family member of mine recently passed away so i am receiving their benefits. I was always interested in real estate investing but felt overwhelmed. Now, i think i have the courage to purchase my first property. I would like to get into rental properties. Flipping house still scare me. My husband and I own our home and have been there over 2 years. We live in Washington, DC and would like to invest in the DC and PG county area to start. I am currently reading the Beginner's Guide and just finished Chapter 1. I'm excited to start investing.
