Hello!! I am an active real estate investor and developer looking to network with like minded individuals in western Massachusetts. I own and operate a general contracting- building company which allows me to control rehab costs and scheduling. Please contact me for networking, joint ventures, and wholesale deals!!

We are currently renovating 5 properties and have two additional projects under contract for this winter. I like western Massachusetts because this is where I am raising my family.

I am always open minded and look to learn more about real estate investing from my community. I am interested in learning more about buying notes, tax strategies, and 1031 exchanges.

I am also looking for additional private funding on real estate secured loans.

I have access to more deals than I can personally fund and look to make some new connections in this part of the state.

I am a Realtor, but am pursuing Real Estate investing specifically flipping.  Yesterday,  I put in my first offer on a property, and am waiting to find out if I got it.  I would love to talk on the phone or meet for coffee to discuss networking.
