Looking to Become an REI

Sandra Brown
Posted

FRESH off WREIN’s (Tresa Todd) $17 Masterclass and am blown away by all that I learned. I’ve been on a search for my next professional step which is how I ended up taking that class. But my stomach is queasy thinking of handing over $19,500.00 for the one year mentorship program. I did pay the $1K deposit. I’m a veteran educator and new to the real estate space (except being a home owner for decades, and previously owning/renting former residences before selling them). I realize mentorship in any space is valuable but this is a tough one. Your thoughts, advice and perspectives please. I am very teachable, willing to do the work, love learning and want to make money as well as serve others.

Hi Sandra! I completely understand the feeling of paying that amount for mentorship. I was in the same position a few years ago but decided to use that money and purchased a single family home. I have to admit I was fortunate I connected with the right people who guided me through the process and I was willing to do the work needed to make things happen and learn. It is possible to go on your own and reach your goals. It might take a little longer or not. You are already networking and exposed to other investors that can point you in the right direction.
