Newbie from Rancho Cucamonga, Ca
Hello all,
I'm new to this site and new to real estate investing as well. One of my close friends is a realtor and primarily focuses on long term buy and hold properties . When I wanted to move, he convinced me to rent my house, buy another and manage the rental myself.
Now I'm flipping the rental house for a huge profit. I'm going to rent my current house out and use some of the money from equity to buy a duplex. I'm currently working to obtain my RE license too. Needless to say I'm hooked.
