I am a successful businessman with a skill set in insurance. I am the owner of several performing properties acquired over the last five years with my partner.

We are looking to build a better system of developing properties for sale to investors or for our own portfolio. We are looking for deal flow through bird dogs and/or joint ventures with other like minded investors. We have the other necessary elements in place: short and long term financing, investors/buyers, contractor, real estate agent, and other professional advisors.
