Hard time getting funds for my first rental
Found an interesting piece of property seller only wants 40k for property another 10 for renovations would have well over 80 in appraisal which is double problem is which route to take obtaining this property I have a 740 credit score low dti no bankruptcies no foreclosures and I own my property please help!!!!!!!
