Hello, my name is Jake Thomas and I am a very new investor in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area. I currently have one SF rental and have helped my girlfriend flip her last house. We currently live together in our most recent purchase (down payment and renovations paid for by previous flip) where we plan to stay no more than 12 months before we sell this property to flip another.

Until recently when I lost my second potential rental to a cash offer I have never done any research on forums, blogs or podcasts. Since then I have been listening and reading to everything I can get my hands on. So far the BP guys Josh and Brandon’s podcast, and the forum discussions have inspired me to take this from part time to hopefully full time in the near future. I never want to lose a deal like that again and I hope the members here can help.

I am seeking advice, knowledge, connections and hopefully answer any questions I can.

Thanks

Jake Thomas
