Good morning, I’m a long time lurker seeking to purchase my first property in southern Florida in the upcoming months. My plan is to most likely house hack. I would love to speak with any investors, agents, or lenders in the area that would let me pick their brain. I am not set on a lender or agent as well so if we developed a working relationship that would be great. I am a licensed captain and marine surveyor and would be happy to trade knowledge/experience.
