New to the site (had always heard of it but never utilized), but I carry a good bit of experience with investing mostly in Tarrant county.
Haves: Secured cash purchasing power, experience, knowledge, license
Needs: To expand my network of other buyers that can take on the properties I can not take on, always need more reliable contractors, always can use more properties to look at, some one to teach me the commercial property game.

1. Setup keyword alerts to be notified when someone posts in a topic you want to watch. For example "Fort Worth" or "Texas".
