Greetings! I am a new Investor, well shall I say returning to the business after a five year hiatus :) I am interested in doing wholesale deals along with an occasional buy and hold deal for rental properties. I have gotten a great deal of education from this forum and would like to network with other investors in and around the Atlanta area that I can learn from and run my deals pass and possibly work together.
