Newbie in Dallas / Ft. Worth
Hello BiggerPockets community! Since I am posting in this forum you know that I am a Newbie! I am beginning at the beginning, as they say. I live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, specifically in the mid-cities area if you are familiar. Along with my wife, I am looking to begin in real estate by flipping a house. My long term goal is to flip a few houses per year and use those profits to acquire long term rentals. I have some experience in the real estate business and I am a passive investor in a multi-family deal. I am ready to move from passive to active! I have been on BP since August of this year and I am overwhelmed by all of the information, education and advice. This is a great site and I look forward to helping others as much as I have already been helped. If you know of any good REI groups in my area please let me know.
