Newbie Looking to Build a Core Four in CLT
Hey BP Fam. Long time listener, first time poster here. I've been "studying" REI for the prior 5-6 years and haven't taken action yet. My wife and I are finally in a place to do so. We're down in Waxhaw and we're looking for properties to flip or BRRRR in the southeast Charlotte/Union County area.
