New member here doing Introductions (Investor/HML)
Hello all!
My name is Zach Silverman. I live in Los Angeles, CA. I have been in real estate for the past 5 years working with my friend in Hard Money Lending. He created his own company 5 years ago and have helped build it up. Just last year I was able to do my first flip as an investor. I found a good team and area in the Ohio area to do this. I just finished my second remodel and turned it into a rental. I'm looking to learn everything and anything I can her and network. Ideally would love to find some Private money to use for down payments on my next few buy and holds.
