Hi everyone, I like a lot of people signed up a few months ago but never posted a new member post. My name is Dustin Bowling and I'm a local Sheriff Deputy in Covington Indiana and for the last 10 years I have been buying, flipping, and holding. My past strategy was to flip 2 or 3 houses a year and pick up a rental or 2 every year. My current portfolio is 15 units for rentals and currently in the process of 2 flips. I am trying to take my business to the next level and eventually turn investing into full time. This site has been a Godsend over the last couple of months I can't get enough info. Just got a new I-phone and the podcast are amazing, I listened to every old episode while working on my current flip. Would love to get in touch with local investors in the area and exchange ideas as to what is working locally. The free information on this site is priceless and I will be a lifelong follower.
