I am living in the East Bay Area of San Francisco, Califiornia. Although, having a rental in Florida for about 10 years, I really became interested in Real Estate Investing in 2010. I took numerous classes and have been successful at flipping several since then. I have also purchased two new rentals for long term.

My latest venture has been in Private Lending. I am working with a small team, so can draw upon the experience of its members. It is exciting to work with rehabbers to make deals happen.
