Newbie from Los Angeles

Hi All,

I was born and raised in Los Angeles and am familiar with many of the different cities. I got into real estate a little bit by accident in 2011 when my mom rented out the family house. Since then I have become more and more active and find it incredibly fascinating. I am very entrepreneurial and my passion is to launch a consumer product business in the short term, while investing in real estate in the long term by doing buy and holds. I studied Electrical Engineering in college and am in business school right now.

I want to have several properties by the time I settle down to have kids so that I can watch my kids grow up. I also want to build up my net worth in real estate as I work towards retirement.
