New Member in Mid-Michigan
Hello,
My name is Matt Luttermoser and I am just starting to do research on investing in real estate. I have no background so I plan on scouring this site and the local library to learn as much as possible. My first goal is to save up the downpayment to buy my first property. I am planning on occupying the unit for the first 3 years and getting an FHA loan. I am leaning towards trying to find a 2-4 family multi home but will buy a 1 family home if I think I can rent out the extra bedroom to help cover the costs.
