Hey BP,
My name is Jeff Lundstrom. I am an IT Project Manager at Western Connecticut Health Network. I live in Newtown, CT with my wife and two step-daughters.
I've been involved with two real estate transactions in my life - my first house which I purchased and later rented for two years and my current home.
Ultimately, my goal is to flip, but having modest cash at my disposal I am focused on wholesaling to start.
My first step is to meet some local investors with the goal of finding a mentor. I believe that I can add value right away to an experienced investor with my transferable skills as an IT Project Mgr - timeline/schedule mgt, budget mgt, resource mgt, issue resolution, task mgt, task dependencies, etc.
I've been a member for about a week now and am really impressed by the amount of useful information that BP provides.
