Hello everyone! I recently relocated to Bakersfield a little over a year and a half ago.
I came across this site and was overwhelmed with the amount of information here. Real estate investing has been a strong interest of mine for a while now. I have been educating myself for the past few years. I have decided it is time to take action and get started.
