Hello! My name is Vinny, I am 24, and located on Long Island, NY.

I have been educating myself for the past two months about real estate and am interested in getting my first property in 2023. 

From what I’ve learned so far, those who are successful in real estate investing have a sense of purpose that is guiding them. For me, I am still honing in on what that is. But I do know that I want to be financially free, I want to give back and be in a position where I can impact other people’s live, and I want to work on my own terms. 

In regards to which market and which strategy I will focus on, that is still in the air. I want to own a rental property, but still need to do more research on all of the different options (small/large multi-family, BRRRR, house hacking, etc.). I'd love to hear what other's strategies are and how that is working for them.

I am very grateful to have found this community where everyone wants to help each other succeed. I look forward to connecting with you all and learning all that I can.
