Ventura California Newbie
Hello,
I'm in Ventura County California, strange this isn't an option in the location field....
Currently reading Brandon's book and in research mode, browsing these forums and learning. My preference would be to probably just stay with local single family homes in Ventura County but still learning. I own one home (my own) and would love to replace my salary with cash flow. Also kicking around the idea of getting my contractors license. Currently in biotech and have done well but wanting to learn something new. Thank you for all the great information.
