My names Derek I’m new here and I’m new to the real estate investing, I’ve listened to several podcasts and I’m really interested in doing this but I started the wrong way I started a family and work 8-5 and just have some concerns. Anyone interested in helping that’d be really great!

Hi Derek and welcome to BP. This is a great place to begin your investing career. People are great about answering your questions. Tell us why you feel like you got started in the wrong way. Having a good job is a good way to get started - make sure you save 10% of each paycheck to hold as a down payment in your first (next) property.
